Cape Coral, October 2 -- The U8E, U9E, U10B, U13B and the U17B played their games at the Elite Cup. The U17G played against Fort Myers Beach.
The U8E was the youngest team in the tournament. Because of that they had to join the U9 bracket. They gave everything and had a lot of fun.
The U9E came to the Elite cup with a couple of players from the U9D. They played some great games but where unlucky. Coach Menno was satisfied with what he saw.
The U10B faced a couple of familiar opponents. At the end of the first day the team was leader with 6 points. The second day they needed a draw to go through to the final and they did. In the final they had to give the first spot to Bonita Storm. Great performance of the U10B.
The U13B had a hard bracket and had a lot of bad luck. At the end they performed well and learned a lot. They will practice hard this week to improve.
The U17B played against some top teams of the state and performed amazing! They fought for every yard, the showed their team spirit and how good they can play! Coach Vincent is proud of the guys and their perfomance!!
The U17G played a friendly against Fort Myers Beach. The girls showed how well they developed themselves during the last few weeks and won the game with 5-1!
