July 5, 2015 Cape Coral FL - The Florida Gulf Coast Dutch Lions FC Super 20 team ended the season in style in their last game beating Miramar United 5-2. On a hot Sunday afternoon the injury plagued team of Coach Anthony Martin finally picked up a win.
FGCDL FC took a 2-0 lead in the first 15 minutes of the games with goals scored by St Lyr and Boersma. Miramar's Tomlinson got them back in the game scoring 2-1 in the 30th minute but Therms put the Lions back to a comfortable 3-1 lead just before half time. Miramar got back in the game scoring 3-2 in the 61st minute but Cognatta (71st) and Marves (88th) secured the win.
